Your new role
  • Preparing reference letters
  • Conducting onboarding and exit interviews
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates for various department heads
  • Managing the HR group inbox, responding to emails and tagging emails in the respective folders
  • Collating job description and maintaining and up to date record for all employees
  • Other Adhoc HR support activities

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience in a similar HR Administrative role ideally within Financial Services.
You must be immediately available and able to commit to a 12 month contract.
