Sales Development Manager – MSCP’s, Construction, Wolverhampton

This highly reputable Construction firm that works within building materials. Based in Wolverhampton.

Your new role

You will be targeted to develop the Facades and structural steelwork markets in relation to MSCP’s and report Sales performance for the operating unit. You be required to meet planned goals and coordinating with their Marketing consultants on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your Sales team by tracking Sales goals, setting individual Sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your Sales people.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in business or a related field. You will have experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. You will have experience in customer relationship management as well as having experience managing and directing a sales team. Outstanding written, verbal and communication skills are essential.
