Experienced Client Services Administrator required in Glasgow City Centre, Remote Onboarding
Your new company
A highly established Chartered Financial Planning organisation who are looking for an experienced Client Services Administrator to join their close-knit team in Glasgow City Centre. They are dedicated to giving the highest level of service to their large client bank and are looking for someone that shares that same goal.

Your new role
You will come on board as a Senior Administrator providing an administration service across the business. You will deal with clients regularly and build relationships with them ensuring a high level of service is maintained. You will identify areas of improvement and suggest ways of doing so. You will responsible for the basic administration duties including preparing meeting rooms and greeting clients. You will manage your own workload and be able to prioritise tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience in a similar role. You must be dedicated to the financial planning industry and keen to progress within the administration side. You will be driven and motivated to succeed and make a difference. You will be organised and have exceptional communication skills with the ability to use your own initiative.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive salary depending on experience including 10% pension contribution and 28 days holiday allowance.
