Interim HR Project job for Leeds city centre.

Your new company
A large and highly successful financial services business is looking to recruit to a new Interim HR Project job to assist the HR team during a period of change and growth.

Your new role
Supporting the Head of HR and wider HR department, you will be instrumental in delivering a range of HR projects, including a new systems implementation, HR process improvement, harmonising and revising established HR policies and troubleshooting. There are other projects in the pipeline beyond the initial 9 month period which could look at employee engagement, well-being and culture.

What you'll need to succeed
This is an exciting time to join this organisation as they continue to grow, and would provide an interesting mix of HR projects in a busy, fast paced environment. If you are an experienced HR Advisor or Business Partner, with experience of 'change', looking for an interesting and rewarding Interim HR job, please get in touch.
