Reward Analyst - Global Professional Services Business

A global professional services business are currently recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join them on a full time permanent basis.
Your new role
This is an in-house role, and you will support the Reward Manager with both cyclical reward activities, as well as reward projects. You will support on the annual salary review, market surveys, and benchmarking. You will be manipulating large data sets, providing recommendations back to the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong Excel skills and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and modelling skills. You will have some reward experience, and understand the principles of reward.
