A well-established delivery business working across both the UK and internationally. This business is looking for a hardworking and dedicated team leader to join their already excellent team on a night shift.

Your new role
To work with and supervise a call centre booking team of up to 25 FTE staff. Ensure that the team responds to inbound calls effectively and lead by example, taking responsibility for escalated enquiries. Take a lead in team training, development and management. Maintain efficient and prompt internal and external communication to all stakeholders. You will need to be a hardworking and flexible team leader as this role requires you to work night shifts on a 4 day on 4 days off shift pattern.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience managing a call centre team, with a proven ability to take your own initiative to innovate and deliver improvements within a call centre environment. You will need excellent oral and written communications skills as well as supreme attention to detail, as the role will require you to train up staff and provide feedback. The role requires an ability to work in a high-pressure environment with multiple competing deadlines. You will need to be efficient in using office software packages, including Microsoft Office and bespoke CRM systems. Most importantly you will need to have a customer-centric attitude, and be committed to the role and your new team.

What you'll get in return
The hourly rate for this role is based on a £25,000 a year salary, working a 40 hour week. This role is starting as temporary and will go permanent for a hardworking candidate after the initial probation period.
