My client, an international insurance firm who are based in over 35 countries including Asia, Middle East and America. They are a well recognised company and are constantly growing.

Day to day duties

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the inbox and the telephones
  • Setting up meeting rooms with refreshments
  • Managing the record for the company credit card
  • Assisting the receptionist manager when required
  • Maintaining the worldwide telephone lists
  • Ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times
  • General assistance around the office


What you'll need to succeed

  • An excellent telephone manner
  • Good management skills
  • Computer literate, confident using Microsoft programs and formulas
  • Receptionist experience preferably from insurance, if not professional services
  • Experience using a switchboard
