Busy Utilities company is looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join a busy project to engage and refine the provision the client has in the market

Your new role
Working for a busy project team you will play a pivotal role in delivering a strategic development project. This project will focus upon the future strategy that the customer experience function takes and the service it delivers. You will have experience in investigating what is going on in the clients you have worked for, the ability to produce reporting metrics. Terms such as customer charter, improvement policies and strategy should be part of your normal working life

What you'll need to succeed
  • Customer experience/service change analyst experience
  • Experience in audits/development of tools (standards/processes) to support CX delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
