Hays is currently looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist based in Neath.

Your new company

You will be working for a fantastic company based on the outskirts of Neath, just off of the M4. Working in a brand new, fully refurbished environment you will be the centre of the business. Meeting and greeting clients/ visitors, you will be the first point of contact for all! Your team will be a family run, close knit environment where everyone is included.

Your new role

Within your new role, you will:

  • Meet and greet clients.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls.
  • Create visitor badges.
  • Ensure the front of house is tidy and clean.
  • Complete all administrative duties.
  • Act as a business support for employees.
  • Manage calendars.
  • Operate a switchboard.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need:

  • Experience within reception.
  • Confident.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Highly organised.
  • Flexible.

What you'll get in return

In return you will be working in a fully refurbished office, have onsite parking. A great benefit package including cycle to work scheme, childcare vouchers, pension. You will be entitled to 20 days holiday including 8 bank holidays. Working hours Monday to Friday 9am - 4:30pm.
