Recruitment Administrator for a financial services company in Brighton paying £21,200 - 2 month FTC to perm

Your new company
You will be working for an established financial services company in Brighton. As a Recruitment Administrator you will be working in a growing Talent Acquisition team with a fast paced environment, The organisation currently have approx 750 employees located in their Brighton head office.

Your new role
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be providing effective, timely and accurate administrative supporting throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle with specific focus to the companies recruitment process

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Sifting CVs
  • Arrange interviews
  • First point of contact via phone and email
  • Help manage the recruitment inbox
  • Liaising with line managers
  • Supporting the Talent acquisition manager with adhoc admin duties.

This role is available for a FTC until the end of March with potential to be extended or made permanent.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in the role you must be a strong administrator with previous experience in recruitment along with basic skills within Excel.

You must be available on the following dates to attend an interview: 22nd, 24th and 30th January.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of £21,200 plus bonus, 25 days annual leave, flexible working plus excellent location just outside Brighton station.
