Your new role

Working in a HR team you will taking the lead on reward and benefits co-ordination at Officer level. You will also provide generalist HR Administrative support, Recruitment admin and onboarding and be responsible for the outsourced-payroll.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in HR with ideally additional experience in reward or payroll analysis and administration. You'll need to be a team player, willing to help with HR projects and work with the HR Advisors and HR Business Partners. Systems experience and a passion for data and reporting would be necessary too.
