Immediately Available Talent Sourcer needed for a leading technology company in Central London.

Your new company
You will be working for a large technology company in Central London.

Your new role
You will be working as a temporary talent sourcer on an initial 3 month basis however this role may extend.

As a talent sourcer you will be managing the first stage of the recruitment process. This will include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Some responsibilities will involve:
- Speaking with potential candidates on social media networks such as Linkedin
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
-Identify qualified candidate profiles using various methods
-Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
-Maintain candidate databases

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will have around 1-2 years experience within a talent role where you have sourced candidates from multiple sources.

You will have familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on previous experience.
