Contract Administrator | Wolverhampton | 6 Month Contract | £25,000 pro rata

HAYS is looking recruit a Contracts Administrator for a large manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton. They have an excellent reputation in the local market and are a true leader in their field. They have been established for over 50 years and have a well established high profile customer base.

Your new role
Your day to day duties will involve; sales order processing, order entry in to the MRP system, reviewing contracts to ensure compliance is met and is consistent with current terms, utilising the CRM system to track customer contact, manage customer accounts and their orders, delivering daily delivery forecasts, submitting proposals and maintaining filing system

What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have experience in sales contracting, experience in managing customer accounts, knowledge of UK and US government conditions, understanding and of contract provisions, experience of using MRP and ERP systems. You will also be required to be comfortable in liaising with a diverse range of people, have the ability to be persuasive, proactive and have excellent communication skills.

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £25,00 pro rata, pension, flexible working, 33 days holiday inc bank holidays and other flexible benefits. Working hours are Mon-Thurs 08:00-17:00 & Fri 08:00-12:00
