Your new role

As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of top-quality HR support across all levels, maintaining the company's values and retaining its unique charm and culture.

As a proactive HR Assistant, you thrive under the opportunity to multitask, work under deadlines, assist and collaborate with senior staff and have the competence to communicate with stakeholders at a professional level.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the starters and leavers process and weekly updates
  • Manage absence and appraisal systems
  • Supports HRM with benefits administration; super user for FW systems and reporting as required
  • Responsible for the first-run input of monthly payroll data (c100 employees).
  • Prepare offer letters/references/pension letters ; R&P letters
  • Prepares quarterly analysis of exit interview data
  • Complete SRA compliance as it applies to HR supports HRD/HRM with review process
  • Produces HR data for HRD/HRM as required
  • Intranet supervisor
  • Integral role with on-boarding in preparing new joiner inductions and HR induction
  • Trainee Recruitment: works with HRM & HRD to manage our annual FW graduate recruitment process including assessment centres, vacation weeks
  • Work with the HRM to help manage recruitment process of junior support staff / Associates
  • Accurately track recruitment expenditure and processes invoices
  • Work with the HRD to manage the firm’s Professional Development Programme - books training; ensures accurate training records are kept
  • Support HRD with the planning and successful implementation of well-being activities
  • Support HRD with new initiatives and brings new ideas to the team
  • Support HRM with FW LinkedIn profile, website, adverts
  • Manage FW Facebook page as it relates to careers; maintains our internal profile on intranet and reviews input regularly to make sure it is fresh and up to date
  • Act as a gatekeeper for input; reviews documents on intranet for expired and old content

What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 6 months in a similar HR Admin role
  • CIPD Qualified
  • The ability to multitask, work to deadlines and prioritise
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office
  • Experience using other systems (desirable)
  • Career driven and forward thinking
  • Ability to work with Senior Management/ Stakeholders
  • Organised and presentable
  • Good written and verbal English
