Deputy Customer Onboarding Manager, Shipping Company, £18,000 - £20,000, Immediate Start!
Our client, a global Shipping company with offices across the globe, are looking to recruit a Deputy Customer Onboarding Manager to join their busy London office. Given the regular travel to their larger office base in Essex, it would be very advantageous for any interested candidates who live East of the capital.

Our client work alongside Shipowners with any freight/cargo/crew requirements, and have ports located across the globe. As they are in a period of sustained growth and have recently introduced a new technical software system, they are now actively seeking the right candidate to join them in an Onboarding capacity to help them deliver the necessary training. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Creating training programs/workshops
- Providing information on new systems to internal employees
- Assisting the Customer Onboarding Manager to deliver training
- Coaching and assisting the Helpdesk team to troubleshoot system issues
- Project managing customer and internal implementations ensuring all relevant stakeholders are involved
- General administrative duties

In addition to a very competitive salary, our client also offer fantastic working hours: Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
