Here at Hays, we work with a number of high quality service providers in the Coventry area who offer support for vulnerable families in difficult situations.

Your new role
It will be your job, as a family support worker to assess parents with their children, and supervise contact with the families under going sessions with the families. These sessions can include topics such as budgeting, family support and community resources. You will be required to write accurate reports and record daily activities according to an individual care plan.

What you'll need to succeed
As a family support worker it is imperative you have a wealth of experience supporting and aiding vulnerable individuals; including adults of any age and children. If you possess a DBS on the update service that would be preferable however, it is not a requirement as we can process one for you. We will need to take two recent and relevant references from your most recent role and one other previous role.
