Talent Attraction Lead

Talent Attraction Lead within Oil and Gas
This role is for a major oil and gas firm based out in Sunbury, Middlesex. They are looking for somebody to join their Regional Talent Acquisition Management team, to work alongside the delivery leads globally in supporting hiring activities across all levels of the company.

This role will be broken down into three key areas:

Sourcing & Attraction Planning
  • Work with the Analytics team to undertake detailed analysis of market trends and apply predictive analytics to determine availability of key talent in the local/regional labour market
  • Input to the local Sourcing and Attraction plan to address business or region specific gaps in the global plan, utilising regional Sourcing & Attraction budget
  • Building on existing global campaign/activities, run additional country/region specific campaigns across the Segment/Region as requires

Talent Review
  • Translate outcomes from Talent Review into actionable Talent Attraction activities for the digital agenda

Relationship Management
  • Interface with attraction teams in other regions and in the CoE to ensure best practice and delivery of the Global attraction strategy, acting as a regional SME, leading on digital attraction
  • Coordinate activities with other Regional Talent Attraction leads

To be considered for the role you must meet the following criteria:
  • Experience in working with a talent acquisition or HR function
  • Talent Attraction or Recruitment Marketing experience
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of digital and social marketing techniques
  • Experience of planning, developing and delivering talent attraction campaigns
  • Experience in a large, matrixed organisation
