Office Administrators required for design retail company! Immediate Start

Your new company
A large design/media company, based in London, are looking to recruit a temporary Administrator into their team

Your new role
  • Monitor the Inbox of all incoming emails and distribute accordingly
  • Answer incoming calls dealing with customer queries, call forwarding and taking messages where required
  • Office stationary orders
  • Sorting the post
  • Processing staff time sheets via Excel
  • Providing daily administrative support to team members
  • General PA duties to the Manager such as travel and accommodation bookings
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Posting and recording accounts receivables' data


What you'll need to succeed
  • Confident working independently with an excellent telephone manner
  • An advanced user of Excel being confident with formulas and v-look ups is essential
  • An experienced user of Sage is desired but not essential as full training will be provided
