A growing financial services organisation based in West Yorkshire.

Due to an increase in activity, my client is actively looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join their team. This role will be focused on revamping the customer communications suite to a diverse audience, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to and tone of voice is standardised. This role is all about internal & external communications with a key focus on customer centric communications.

Responsibilities

  • Refine & develop the strategy, ensuring all customer & employee facing communications are tailored to suit the brand identity and company values.
  • Developing a leading, audience focused communications strategy.
  • Supporting colleagues to engage with the key business messages and identifying the best way to communicate with them.
  • Build an engaging communications strategy to develop the brand – for customers, employees and third-party stakeholders
  • Providing effective communications, providing guidance and lead on all communications significant programmes
  • Develop products and collateral to support external brand related communications
  • Focusing on the continuous improvement and using insight, data and feedback to evaluate the success of communications delivered
  • Management & communication of the customer & employee research program to ensure the business listens to & understands its customers.

Personal Profile

  • Experience refining & shaping brand guidelines and ensuring all communications meet these guidelines
  • Proven ability to develop & implement strategies to drive digital engagement through communications
  • Experience in delivering communications to a diverse audience
  • Understanding of communications within a regulated environment
  • Experience managing and updating employee portals - intranet
  • Understanding of video creation & communication within a business environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders and create a cross-departmental network
