Our client, a leading Qualification Provider based in the heart of the City, are looking to recruit two experienced, resilient Service Delivery Managers to join their fun, sociable office as soon as possible. Based in a great location and with over 120 FTE across three floors, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate(s).

Our client offer study support/materials for professional learners across the UK, and have a huge market share in their industry. To support the incredible service they afford their clients, they are actively seeking two forward-thinking Managers to lead divisions of their Client Services operation. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring all programmes/courses run successfully
- Retaining and developing client relationships by ensuring all contractual/non-contractual service delivery elements are met
- Leading a team of 4-6 FTE (including one Team Lead) to meet and exceed all expectations
- Acting as the main point of escalation for any issues that may arise
- Coordinating reporting and feedback for clients on student activity
Liaising with all internal departments to ensure that everything is in place to ensure the end to end programme logistics run smoothly and on time
- Advising internal stakeholders on all features and benefits of the programmes

In order to be considered for this positions, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Ability to manage complex service activity in a client/customer facing role
- Experience of managing KPI's and SLA's in a commercial environment
- Experience in managing an inbound customer service team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience and ability to manage difficult external stakeholders
- Excellent negotiating skills
- Proactive and professional attitude to work

Although not essential, any candidates with experience of working in a service delivery leadership capacity within an educational environment will be preferred.
