Charity Administrator

Administrator required for Charity, Leicester.
This is an immediate start temporary position with the potential for it to become permanent after a three-month probation period.

I am currently working with a charity based in Leicester, who are looking for an Administrator to join their busy back office team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is immediately available for work and looking for a temp to perm opportunity.

To be successful for this position, you must have:
  • Experience in an Administration role within the last 1 year
  • A keen interested in charitable work
  • Experience having volunteered for a charity would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a great telephone manner
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel to an intermediate level)
  • Experience of using various in-house databases
  • An understanding of GDPR regulations
  • The ability to handle confidential information
  • A highly organised approach
  • Experience of working in a team and providing support to a range of staff
