Mobile Product Strategy Lead Hook/Reading Minimum 3 Month Contract
Our eyes are open! We are looking for an awesome Mobile Product Strategy Lead to join our team on a 3-month basis in Hook (soon to be Reading).

What will you be doing?

The Product Management team works closely with our change, commercial, IT, service and engineering teams to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge the technical and business worlds as you define services that our sales teams and business customers love, leveraging our challenger brand.

As Senior Product Manager for Mobile Medium and Large Enterprise, also Public Sector you are shaping and leading the development of our Virgin Media Business mobile offering. You are action orientated and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and progress at speed. In addition you will work with customer insight, pricing, channel marketing, strategy and branding teams to maximise proposition and product impact through integrated b2b marketing campaigns to deliver the desired product financial performance, through and with our sales teams and channels.

You will be instrumental in creating a capability for transition from resell to the direct sale of mobile products and services. We will create a disruptive new service that is true to the Virgin values, delivering differentiation through value, simplicity and flexibility. In turn earning the credibility and trust of customers to upsell higher value Mobility services.

In short our successful growth and challenger business mobile offering is underpinned by your successful customer insight, product strategy and execution through great cross business collaboration.

Are you right for the role?

Excellent in-depth market awareness within B2B Mobile or IoT market
Awareness of effective (product) marketing process
Business management financial skills
Business case development and ownership
>5 years product management, product marketing, product development, strategy or pricing role within telecoms, software, IT services or technology sectors
Experience delivering measureable results (through sales, marketing or product campaigns) in B2B mobile market. Understanding and experience of MVNOs and Business resellers desirable.
Experience contributing to successful projects and effectively management virtual teams
