Your new role
This role is a temporary role for 3 - 4 months, but if successful, there are also permanent opportunities available. This role would be a fantastic position for someone who is looking to gain more experience in a high volume role where they can develop and expand on their skills. My client is happy to look at candidates of all levels, a proactive attitude to work is the most important attribute for this position. This role is a newly created role to assist the legal, litigation and credit control teams. This role has been created due to additional assistance required for a high volume of new accounts.
As the Legal and Support Credit Administrator you will deliver a first class service at all times. You will play an active part in monitoring and dealing with Back Office inboxes, resolve any queries and ensure all data is uploaded accurately for the provision of reports and management of customer information. This is a heavily admin based role and you will require good excel skills and an organised nature to keep on top of your work duties.
You will be responsible for; supporting the legal function of the credit team with day to day administrative tasks, Actively monitor inboxes throughout the day, File emails and apply information to customers’ accounts, Process incoming post and paperwork, Issue letters and emails to customers informing of pending legal action, General data entry, Review incoming reports and upload to various systems, Act in accordance with the companies risk procedures & guidelines.

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience in being able to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Experience working in a numeric/analytical position
- Excellent administrative, communication and organisation skills
- Good Excel and Word skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong team player
- Educated to at least GCSE level

What you'll get in return
An initial 3 - 4 month temporary contract with permanent options longer term. A premium rate of £11 - £13 an hour. Brand new spacious offices and free parking.
