IT Helpdesk analyst role for leading global investment firm in London, £200 - £225 per day

My client, a leading investment manager, is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to join their team in their Central London office. Responsibilities for the role include:
- Provide a proactive and quality Helpdesk service
- Ensuring calls are responded to within a timely manner
- Create and update documents
- carry out root cause analysis


You will have:
- windows 7 and office 2010 experience
- Active Directory
- RSA
- Exchange Administration
