Large Exeter organisation seeking an experienced Administrator with Microsoft Office experience immediately.

Your new role

As a temporary Administrator working through Hays you will be responsible for a variety of duties including Excel spreadsheet management, data entry, handling internal and external queries over the phone from customers and working to deadlines. You will be working autonomously on your own workflow whilst collaborating with the team and supporting them in adhoc duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will need:
  • Experience managing incoming calls
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Superior communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Working to deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work autonomously and use own initiative
