IT Support Analyst Would you be interested in working for a well-established financial services organisation helping to provide hands on support by using your technical knowledge?

You will be responsible for:
  • Being a single point of contact for end users to maintain the organisations desktop computing environment
  • Troubleshooting
  • Installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and repairing desktop hardware and software
  • Supporting desktop technology and applications

Experience needed:
  • Supporting end user technologies e.g. phones
  • Understanding Group Policies and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Windows 2012 and O365
  • Technical Support Experience
  • Understand of cyber security frame works

Added bonuses:
  • Financial Services experience in a Hedge Fund, Private Equity or Investment Management firm
