Listed wealth manager are looking for an experienced and influential company secretary to undertake a series of Governance reviews.

My client undertook a premium listing last year and as a result are looking to strengthen their governance across the business. This position will involve liaising with the business and influencing and explaining to senior stakeholders what needs to be done to operate as a PLC.

Alongside this exciting project there will also be a company rationalisation project.

To be considered you will be a qualified company secretary with excellent stakeholder and influencing skills and will be in your comfort zone when dealing with senior stakeholders.
