Your new role
Plan, organise, prioritise and undertake general administrative duties to promote and support the efficient operation of the Integrating Care Programme e.g. preparing and/or updating of ad hoc reports, correspondence and updates

Provide secretariat support for the Integrating Care Programme Board, along with SMT meetings and other project meetings as required. Specific tasks include:

  • Act as secretariat for the Integrating Care Programme Board and carry out associated duties in a timely and professional manner:
  • Maintain register of board members
  • Schedule and agree monthly board meetings with board members
  • Arrange invites and liaise with guest speakers on attendance as and when required
  • Source and book meeting rooms
  • Ensure access to meeting rooms for board members
  • Arrange remote accessibility via Teleconferences or video conference facilities for board members as needed in agreement with board chair
  • Prepare agreed meeting agendas with board chair
  • Liaise with board members and guest speakers on the production of board papers
  • Distribute board papers to attendees in advance of board meetings
  • Capture the minutes of board meetings
  • Maintain the board’s risks, actions, issue and decisions


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills • Good organisational skills
  • Experience in hosting meetings
  • Competent user of o Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint o Skype for Business o Microsoft Teams
  • Experience of using MS Project
  • Experience of using and updating SharePoint
