Major Banking organisation have an exciting opportunity for a fluent preferably Spanish, French , German , Italian or/and Polish. A key differentiator will be if the prospective hire can speak more than one European language.
You will need some exposure to banking ,particularly payments

The role will include extensive client liaison and might involve some travel to European clients

Skills

Fluency in an European Language

  • PC skills and an understanding of I.T environments
  • Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to build client relationships and becoming a Trusted Adviser
  • Positive collaboration with stakeholders to build individual/team relationships.
  • Working in a Dynamic Environment

Role Overview

  • Integration and Channel Support service to European client base.
  • Provide technical support and oversee the management of all technical queries through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
  • Ensure all customer complaints are managed promptly.
  • Improve the client experience by addressing customer feedback.
  • Undertake File Based Integration following defined procedures, testing cycles and turn-around times.
  • Provide Clients with onsite training and identify process improvement initiatives around BAU activities.
