You'll be working well established group leader in providing services for children and young people with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.

Your new role
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for leading and ensuring the highest standards of service.
You will ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements, Safeguarding and child protection procedures.
You will be for responsible for effectively managing financial performance, not only by archiving targets but by surpassing them when possible.
You will be proactive in seeking opportunities for innovation in order to maintain a sustainable and resilient service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have management qualifications as required by Ofsted regulations.
Have a thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant legislation.
You must have currently or recent experience as Registered Manager with Ofsted.
