HR Advisor

HR Advisor - Hertford - up to £34,000 plus benefits
I am currently working with a commercial organisation that has a newly created role for a HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will provide a proactive, professional and supportive full people service and manage the day to day operational HR service.

Responsibilities will include:-

- Lead the day to day operational HR service
- Provide proactive support to the Regional Directors and their management teams
- Work with L&D to develop and organise effective induction programmes
- Support the business during any redundancy process
- handle disciplinary, grievance and other formal meetings
- Conduct exit interviews
- report on all HR KPI's
- Provide support on HR projects
- Support graduate and trainee level recruitment

It is essential that you have the following experience:-

- CIPD Qualified (level 5 or above or working towards
- Relevant hands on generalist HR experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Able to drive (occasional travel will be required)
