A fantastic position has arisen for an experienced Purchasing Administrator. You will be working for our outstanding client who specialise in manufacturing beauty products. They are leaders in their field and are looking for someone who is driven and results focused

Your new role

Supporting the purchasing department with administration duties

  • Expediting orders
  • Logistics
  • MRP experience
  • Raising PO’s and booking in components
  • Working with Warehouse teams if issues with deliveries
  • Working with suppliers if discrepancies between actual received deliveries and paperwork received.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Dealing with both internal and external queries
  • Experience in a Purchasing Assistant/ Administrator role
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of production processes
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong IT skills- fully proficient in Microsoft packages
