Ideally, if you want to be considered for this position, you will have recent experience in an office based Customer Service position with excellent administration skills and be comfortable working under pressure.
3 Months Temporary Immediate Start Sandy Bedfordshire

Main duties include:
  • Dealing with telephone and e-mail enquiries from customers and suppliers
  • Receiving orders and collection requests from customers
  • Use internal systems to raise quotations, and confirm quotations to orders
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring documents and other compliance paperwork is completed and flagged where necessary
  • General office duties necessary to the fleet department
  • Printing; Scanning; Photocopying and general filing
  • Manage and prioritise own workload

In order to be considered for this exciting role, you will have demonstrable and office administration experience and be able to work under pressure, juggling changing priorities. You will be proficient in using MS office packages and have excellent communication skills- able to liaise with all levels.
