An exciting opportunity for a permanent Assistant Customer Care Manager position has a arisen to work for a leading UK and Ireland luxury head office retail company. The office is based in Barnes, Hammersmith with excellent transport links for individuals living in central or West London. This position will be permanent, paying between £24,000 to £28,000, dependant on experience, including a generous bonus up to 20%and commission structure.

Your new role
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for training and coaching the Customer Service and Sales team, ensuring they meet KPI’s, handle escalations and providing knowledge to guide and advise customers through the company’s 300+ brands. Your duties will include being the first point of contact for online registrations and quires, through the telephone, e-mail and online chats.

What you'll need to succeed
Utilising your previous relevant experience in a similar role, will enable you to be successful in your application. This role will require you to have strong verbal and written communication skills, and steady experience training and coaching a team, handling escalations and monitoring or working towards KPIs. Candidates will ideally have a background in an FMCG company, retail or E-commerce.

What you'll get in return
In return you’ll be offered a permanent position with a competitive salary between £24,000 to £28,000, dependant on experience. You will also receive a generous bonus of up to 20% and uncapped commission. You will get to work in a fun a lively environment, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, with an occasional Saturday, in which you will gain a day off in lieu during the week. You will be entitled to a luxurious 23 days paid holiday per year, plus bank holidays and many perks, such as a pool table in the office and free cake on your birthday.
