An exciting opportunity for a long term contract position has arisen for a Consumer Engagement Executive to work for one of the most forward-thinking and dynamic FMCG organisations in the West London area. The office is based in the heart of buzzing Hammersmith with excellent transport links for individuals living in central or West London.

This position will be a one year temporary position paying the equivalent of £33,000 per annum (£20.73 per hour) with the opportunity to potentially extend/ be made permanent dependant on business needs.

Your new role

The Consumer Engagement Executive is responsible for successfully engaging and converting customers into trying new products and after caring previous customers to ensure positive consumer experience. Your duties will include liaising with customers via multiple platforms from voice messaging, SMS, phone, video call and email. You will understand and resolve "consumer pain points", arranging shipment of products and follow up on warm customer enquiries with the view of leading them to purchase.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful you must have significant previous experience of working in a Customer Care/Consumer Care position ideally within an FMCG/Retail organisation dealing with inbound/outbound queries regarding products and services. You will have an excellent telephone manner and be able to clearly articular how you've provided 1st class customer service in your previous roles. This role is due to start ASAP therefore you must be able to start immediately or at short notice and be able to commit to the 1 year contract.

What you'll get in return

In return you'll be offered a 1 year temporary contract with a competitive temporary rate equivalent to £33,000 per annum with the opportunity to extend/be made permanent dependant on business needs. You will work 9-5pm Monday to Friday in a modern, professional environment with subsidised "Friday" drinks, coffee and other perks.
