My client is a leading nutritional and supplement online retailer in Europe, with a substantial presence on Amazon and they are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial and customer focused Ecommerce Coordinator to join their London team and their very much 'family-feel' environment.

They are actively seeking a new candidate to join them as an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage their Spanish online platform and your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee and manage advertising for the product range
  • Ensure high standards of visual quality for each item
  • Ensure accurate information is entered for each listing
  • Monitor issues, pricing changes and supervision of promotional ads and ‘lightening deals’
  • Respond to consumer activity and monitor success of each product
  • Manage and respond to all Customer Service enquires/reviews to resolve any issues
  • Build strong relationships to ensure retention and customer growth
  • Maintain a high-quality rating based on feedback/reviews
  • Liaise with the regulatory agencies in Spain for registration of products with the Spanish Ministry of Health

In order to be considered for this exciting role, it is KEY that you have the following:

  • Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish & English
  • Ability to adapt, learn and be dexterous while on the job
  • Have a minimum of Intermediate Level Excel skills
  • Passion and flair for creativity, marketing (an understanding of social media is a bonus)
  • Desire to deliver high-level Customer Service, dealing with reviews and passion to maintain excellent service
  • Be a strong team player, have a can-do attitude
  • Have self-motivation, organisation and great time management when working independently
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate and build strong relationships with various clients, suppliers and consumers
  • Be entrepreneurial, show initiative, share business ideas to make the role your own and create opportunities
  • Maintain commercial awareness of market knowledge and product trends
  • Interest and passion for Health & Nutrition is a bonus
  • (Additional languages in Spanish or German is also advantageous)

Benefits will include:

  • £24,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
  • Mon - Fri; 9am – 6pm
