Customer Services Administrator

Your new role
As a temporary Customer Service Adviser you will be responsible for a variety of duties including answering inbound calls, efficient and attentive note taking, updating and maintaining databases as well as liaising with other departments such as Sales to ensure financial targets are met.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need:
- Experienced in a similar role
- Managing incoming calls
- Working to targets
- Excellent communication skills
- IT literate
If successful you will receive:
