Oncology Medical Project Manager

**Contract Oncology Medical Project Manager - Berkshire - Global Biopharma - 12 months+ **
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Oncology Field Medical Project Manager to work for a Global Biopharmaceutical company for an initial 12-month contract.

  • Provide assistance in the execution of field medical training plans, including remote training via WebEx
  • Handle multiple project workstreams and initiatives for field medical, including planning for World Wide face-to-face training meeting (~300 participants from >40 countries)
  • Manage field medical materials repository, such as content organisation, uploading and maintenance of materials through Veeva Vault/InterAct/ Sharepoint site
  • Weekly updates to tumour guides for designated tumours (x15)
  • Updates to onboarding eAssessments, in addition to generation of new data and new tumour eAssessments
  • Development of role-play scenarios to support field medical training in scientific exchange – for use by Managers with their teams
  • Coordination of speakers and slides for Manager meetings (eg teleconferences)

You should have:
  • Scientific degree
  • Oncology experience / knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in creating medical content deliverables
  • Strong background in project management
  • Experience of working in the Pharmaceutical Industry including an understanding and experience of Medical Affairs teams, either in-house or through medical communications
  • Adept at using standard business applications including SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WebEx etc. and ability to interface with new systems and technologies
  • Management of complex projects simultaneously to timelines and with continuous improvement in mind
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and as a team player
  • Management of budgets, contracts and medical communications/training vendors as needed
  • Ability to quickly learn about new subject areas and environments
