Our client, a leading Manufacturer of Pharmaceutical equipment, are looking to recruit two articulate, engaging Customer Service Representatives to join their brand new London office. Our client are relocating their HQ from the South West to Central London (W2) and, as a result, are looking to recruit the right candidate(s) to join their small Customer Service team.

Our client manufacture and distribute medical equipment to businesses across the UK and have recently been acquired by one of the biggest, international, pharmaceutical companies in the world. Our client distribute their equipment to both the NHS and a cluster of private Hospitals and are incredibly successful/established in their field. Due to their recent investment and subsequent expansion, they have taken the decision to relocate their office to the capital and, as a result, require the right team to liaise with their client base. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound calls and emails from customers from B2B clients
- Managing the entire customer order process in a timely, accurate manner, from initial order to dispatch/invoice
- Monitoring, tracking and updating clients on the status of shipments/deliveries
- Liaising with external agencies when required
- Offering an exceptional service to clients over the phone and email

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- Experience in handling inbound calls and emails from clients in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Experience in processing customer orders (managing the process from start to finish), raising PO's, etc
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Excellent written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ambition to progress career
- Fun, sociable personality

Although not essential, any candidates with customer service experience within a pharmaceutical/manufacturing/logistics background are definitely encouraged to apply.

Our client will be moving into their new office in September, however are looking to meet with great candidates ASAP to ensure they move in with the right candidates in place. In addition, our client will pay for 2 weeks training in their current South-West HQ (travel + accommodation), so will be meeting with interested candidates ASAP.
