1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - Investment Management - City of London
How would you like to work for an Investment Bank in the City of London?

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support for both the Bank’s London branch and the Asset Management business.

Main responsibilities include:
  • To use and develop your experience in both Service Desk and Helpdesk
  • Walk-up and remote based work up for technology-based queries
  • General IT help
  • Point of call for all staff who require help/information
  • To provide local technology training
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise

It would be desirable if you had;
  • A PC/IT related course
  • Experience in Help Desk/Desktop Support role.
