You will be working for a highly reputable and respected Local Authority in a London Borough within a team. The company is looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Receptionist to join their highly dedicated staff. Due to internal promotion, a temporary Receptionist position has become available.

Your new role

As a Facility Receptionist you will be the first contact for customers, meeting and greeting clients, answering the phones and dealing with enquires. This role offers great variety on a day-to-day basis including administrative tasks and booking and organising meeting rooms/ This role is part of a dynamic team with excellent support.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need previous experience within a reception role where there was a high standard of customer delivery. Additionally, you will need good communication skills and be Microsoft office competent.
