Receptionist - New Forest - £19,000 Permanent, full time
My client, a charming four-star hotel in the New Forest, are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual to join their team.
You would be responsible for providing the highest standard of customer service whilst maintaining accurate guest accounts/records and actively promoting the hotel facilities.

Job requirements:
  • To ensure all Reception duties are carried out effectively
  • Meeting & greeting guests
  • Checking the guest in and out using the hotel system
  • Answering the telephone
  • Processing payments
  • Allocation of guest rooms and directing guests
  • Have previous Reception experience within a four and/or five-star property
  • Ideally previous use of “Rezlynx”, our bespoke hotel system
  • Be computer literate
  • Have an excellent command of written and spoken English, combined with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work well under pressure and have strong organisational skills
  • Have a warm, friendly, engaging and professional attitude
