We currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Channel Sales Manager in Scotland & Ireland.

As the Channel Sales Manager you will:
  • Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets for our client’s product portfolio.
  • Compile and maintain detailed information on customer organisations, key decision makers and key influencers in-order to create and sell our client’s value proposition.
  • Record data onto SalesForce.com, the company’s reporting tool.
  • Promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with defined strategic accounts.
  • Develop clear, defined action plans to deliver growth from our client’s strategic accounts base and execute these objectives against an agreed timeline.
  • Provide support for the defined customer base including sales calls, sales training, product training and end user product demonstrations.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand existing relationship by continuously proposing solutions which meet the customer’s objectives.
  • Resolve issues & problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Take part in other related tasks as the need arises, such as organising marketing campaigns, and attending exhibitions.
