Your new company

The Pensions Regulator in Brighton requires a Case Officer for it's Regulatory Transactions team. There is one Permanent vacancy, and 2 fixed term contracts for up to 12 months. Please make it clear which role you will consider when you send me your CV.

Your new role

You will lead a wide portfolio of regulatory interventions, using legislative powers where required, to mitigate risks to the Regulator's statutory objectives and ensure good outcomes for members of occupational pension schemes.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience gained within a regulatory or legal background, where you have led the progression of regulatory interventions relating to breaches of law or applications, from allocation to resolution.

What you'll get in return

An initial starting salary FROM £26,218, performance related pay towards the top of the salary grade, up to 25% of salary to aim for as bonuses, a civil service DB pension scheme, 25 days annual leave (33 days inclusive of bank holidays) and, in addition, the opportunity to utilise flexi-time to build up as many as 24 flexi days per annum.
