Award Winning Transportation business are looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Directors

Your new company
This company are a leading transportation business based in the Kings Cross area, they are looking for an EA to support a handful of their directors. They offer travel across the UK and are currently going through a internal restructure.

Your new role

You will be required to support a handful of Directors, which will include cover diary management, inbox management, travel bookings and calendar management. You will act as a point of contact among executives, employees and other stakeholders. You will also be required to support visiting directors. You will be required to provide monthly credit card expenses and mange cash expenses.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally you will have supported at Director level previously within a similar organisation. You will have the ability to deal confidentially with a diverse range of stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability and confidence to communicate with senior board members. You will need to have a flexible approach and high attention to detail.
