A part time customer service job based in Fareham working for a large organisation starting immediately

Your new role
The interviewer role will require you to:
  • Conduct telephone interviews with members of the public, who have been randomly selected and pre-notified.
  • Encourage people to actively take part in the survey.
  • Ask questions and record the answers on a computer
  • Utilise electronic survey information to help you carry out the interviewing role
  • Complete a Basic Disclosure criminal records certificate and a 3 year referencing check.
The minimum weekly working hours are 22 and the maximum 30, shift times are as follows -
Monday 08:30 to 13:30
Tuesday 08:30 to 13:30
Wednesday 09:00 to 13:00
Wednesday 16:00 to 21:00
Thursday 09:00 to 13:00
Thursday 16:00 to 21:00
Friday 09:00 to 13:00
Friday 16:00 to 21:00
Saturday 09:30 to 13:30 ( 2 in 4 Saturdays)

What you'll need to succeed
Telephone interviewers must be excellent communicators, so you will need to have:
  • A pleasant and friendly personality - A clear speaking voice
  • The confidence to converse with a wide selection of people in order to gain respondents interest and co-operation is essential
  • The ability to adapt your approach to the different circumstances you will have to encounter
  • The ability to persuade reluctant people to agree to be interviewed
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • The ability to use a PC, and follow detailed instruction to order to record data accurately

A long term temporary role starting in May and June 2019 working for a large organisation based in Fareham. There is free parking on site and other amenities including canteen etc. The pay rate is £10.18 per hour including holiday. These roles will potentially be required up until March 2020.
