PA to Education Director

Global Consultancy are looking for a Personal Assistant to support their Education Director

Your new company
This company has recently relocated from Hong Kong and have gone through a massive relocation project. You will be located in their brand new offices in Victoria. This company is looking to double in size by 2022.

Your new role
You will be supporting the Education Director, although based in London, you will need to provide effective communications with the Education team in Oxford. You will manage daily administration tasks including e-mails and communications. There will be diary management, calendar management and interaction with both internal and external executives. You will coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events. You will also manage all the expense claims and currency reconciliation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have demonstrated complete discretion and confidentiality. You will need extensive Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook experience. Ideally you will have worked within a fast paced environment before and experience working to tight deadlines. You will need to be able to work to your own initiative solving problems when possible.
