Is a globally recognised pharmaceutical company, looking to grow their team with a part time HR assistant / Office Manager.

Your new role
The role will see you on-boarding all new staff, ensuring IT setup as well as documentation is complete correctly, deal in with starters and leavers, changes to contracts, employee relations and working to ensure information for payroll is collected accurately. In addition to this the successful candidate will be the office manager, ordering stationary, dealing with facilities requirements and arrange things such as transport, accommodation and ensure the efficient and smooth running of the office

This role provides an excellent scope of variety, and is a good blend between the Office Management and Human Resources functions in a business.

In this role you will need to have strong attention to detail and be able to work quickly using your own initiative.
