Your new company

A well known financial services organisation, based in Glasgow city centre now requires a temporary EA for 2 weeks to cover annual leave.

Your new role

As EA to Director, you will be a polished and professional candidate who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to speak to people at all levels. You will confident acting as an ambassador for the organisation and capable of dealing with media, local national government as well as stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced candidate who has previously supported and Director level. You will posses a classic secretarial skill set and your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel and accommodation booking
  • Correspondence creation and management across all media formats
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Minuting meetings for committees
  • Producing packs, agendas and action points
  • Answering general queries and being the 'gatekeeper'
  • Creating power point presentations
  • Reconciliation of expenses
