Interim HR Generalist, 3 - 6 months, £170-175 per day, Leading Marketing Agency

You will be joining an international leading marketing agency based in London.

Your new role
As an Interim HR Generalist, you will be operating at HR advisory level to support the HR Director in a generalist remit. You will be supporting the HR Director with implementing new policies and procedures, as well as reviewing current processes as well as making them fit for purpose in the business. You will also provide ad hoc support where and when necessary

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked as an HR Advisor in a large organisation with a well structured HR Department. You will have experience in implementing and setting up a range of new processes across the whole HR remit from recruitment to ER. This role requires the individual to be very proactive and take ownership of processes. You must be resilient when speaking with senior stakeholders in the business, therefore, excellent communication skills are a must.
